We’re thrilled to welcome the Onyx Club Boys to The Bar(n) at Sonark Farms for a night of world-class acoustic swing. This acclaimed string band—featuring violin, guitar, upright bass, and drums—channels the timeless spirit of Django Reinhardt’s Gypsy Jazz and Stuff Smith’s New York City Swing, while weaving in diverse influences from their North Carolina roots. The result is a sound that’s both vintage and fresh, guaranteed to make you swoon, tap your feet, and feel the universal magic of music.
With a history of standout performances at Shakori Hills Festival, Festival for the Eno, NC Museum of Art, Cat’s Cradle, and even the National Gallery of Art in Washington, DC, the Onyx Club Boys bring their signature energy wherever they go.
