Carter Minor is a versatile vocalist, blues harpist, and multi-instrumentalist based in Carrboro, North Carolina. With a professional career spanning over 45 years, Carter has become a cornerstone of the Triangle's live music scene, bringing a rich blend of jazz, blues, gospel, and rock to stages across the region. He regularly performs as a frontman and harmonicist with The Carter Minor Blues Band and Armand & Bluesology, frequenting beloved local music venues. In addition to his current live performances and collaborations with local artists like Danny Gotham and Scott Sawyer, Carter has a deep musical legacy in the state, having previously been a key member of legendary North Carolina bands like Heartwood, Nightshift, and String of Pearls. He also shares his expertise and passion locally by working as a music teacher and band director at Cary Christian School, and serving as an Associate Minister at Hickory Grove Missionary Baptist Church…
