An evening in Belgium, under the rafters. Fire up the grill at 6pm — chicken, burgers & hot dogs (donations welcome). At 6:30, settle in for a Chimay tasting and stories with Bobo, Chimay's own brand guide, pouring the legendary Trappist ales. Then at 8:00, Beaux Mondes takes the stage.

About the event
Bring your appetite and your sense of adventure — we're taking The Bar(n) to Belgium for one night only.
The evening opens at the grill. From 6pm, we're firing up chicken, burgers, and hot dogs — grab a plate and pull up a seat (donations welcome).
At 6:30, the tasting begins. Bobo, Chimay's own brand guide, walks us through the legendary Trappist ales straight from the abbey — the history, the craft, and the stories behind one of Belgium's most iconic breweries.
Then at 8:00, the music takes over. Beaux Mondes is a sultry, NOLA-inspired jazz band that fuses upbeat swing, blues, and Americana with a playful New Orleans pulse. Led by the magnetic Sallie Scharding — whose bold voice and confident guitar playing command attention — the band delivers originals and curated covers with vintage flair.
